Cris Benavides is the Director, National Capital Region and SIA3 Program Manager. He provides corporate oversite over multiple programs supporting the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. In addition to ensuring mission success through efficient contract execution, he supports business growth by supporting the full spectrum of business development activities.
Cris is a retired naval officer and has over 30 years of experience supporting the military and intelligence communities. While in the Navy, he served in numerous operational and staff positions, including multiple overseas deployments. Since joining industry in 2009, he has helped large and small businesses execute and grow diverse portfolios across multiple government agencies and mission areas.
Cris holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Georgetown University, and is a graduate of the Yale School of Management, Global Executive Leadership Program.
