Pam Hornsby

HR Manager

Pam Hornsby joined the Celestar Team in the Fall of 2021.  As an accomplished Human Resources Manager, she has more than 20 years of invaluable experience in the field. Pam’s ability to build trust and rapport has facilitated collaborative partnerships, resulting in effective cross-functional teamwork and alignment with organizational goals.

Prior to joining Celestar, Pam spent fifteen years with a small business government contractor in Atlanta, managing HR and other core business functions.  Her career journey has taken her to diverse locations, including Alaska, where she was an HR Specialist for the United States Postal Service, Alaska District Office. In this role, she participated in local management/union contract negotiations, managed all job bidding and placements across five bargaining units, assisted with benefits administration, and held employee training, orientation, testing and hiring events throughout the state. 

Pam has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in HR Management.  She also holds a SHRM-CP certification.  Having grown up in South Florida, Pam wholeheartedly supports the Miami Hurricanes during football season, as well as the Georgia Bulldogs where two of her children obtained their degrees.
